I have applied for the Rogers Mastercard on December 2 2024, and till now I did not get the card. Whenever I contact the customer service there is no proper help from their part. They are just using the Canada post strike as an excuse to delay their deliveries. After contacting them 8-10 times, now they ship it through Purolator and now whenever I ask for tracking ID they say its not updated yet. Worst customer service. Irresponsible customer service agents, their supervisors, and managers. Whenever I asked them to connect supervisors, they say none of them available. Terrible service!!!! Better to get mastercard from PC Financial or some other banks. They treat their customers well and deliver the cards on time.

I apologize for any delays that have resulted in your not receiving your card @nishil25. The Canada Post strike was an unforeseen event and we do not typically have any delays in sending out our cards.

 

I would recommend contacting the Rogers Bank directly if you should have any concerns. Please call 1-855-775-2265 to speak with a representative.
