I bought a plan from Red Wireless for $35 plus tax, but my bill shows $49 plus tax. I called Rogers to find out why my bill is higher, but they had no answer and told me to contact the third-party provider. When I called Red Wireless, they said they would look into it. First of all, they make the bill so complicated that customers can’t understand it and end up being overcharged. Second, they have the worst customer service.

In this case, you would have to work with Red Wireless as they have their own specific offers as an authorized dealer. I apologize for any confusion but Red Wireless should be able to clear this matter up for you.
