Customers with Online Billing, do you actually view/print/save your invoices or do you just forget about it

Since Online Billing is the new normal, I was wondering how many people who are enrolled in online billing actually take the time every month to login to the self serve portal, and View/Print or Download their actual monthly bill to their C drive?

When I discussed with a few in my circle of friends, it seemed like most people did not actually bother to do this, and we're confident that they can do it anytime they wanted even though they never bothered to.

I guess I grew up in a different era where I received my bill in the mail and I actually opened it and read my bill every month and looked for any issues or errors,  then I sorted and filed it away into a filing cabinet for archival or in case I had to go back and look at something.

Since Online Billing was "forced" err, I mean "Imposed" on us and is the new normal, I made it a habit to go once a month into the portal, I do it on an actual desktop pc, not my phone so I can view the full bill, then I save it to my C drive in a specific folder where I keep all my electronic statements.  I also do this with other companies too not just rogers wireless or rogers residential services.
