Always got called from rogers and asking for another person

In the past 3 years, I got over 40ish phone call from rogers, always asking to speak to a person named "Islam". What is going on? I kept asking the agent to remove my number with that person, never helped. They always saying they gonna remove but the next week, they kept calling me. 

Can anyone please take a look into this? this is really bothering me, and no one actually helped.

It is really annoying, They kept calling over and over again. I don't know which part is going wrong with Rogers, like such big enterprise, really need to fix this internal chaos.
