The Power Saver feature on Rogers Xfinity TV helps you save money on electricity by making sure your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box are powered down when they’re not in use. But how does it work, you ask?
The Power Saver feature automatically shuts off your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box after it has been inactive for a set amount of time.
The Power Saver feature is on by default on all Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box and set to 4 hours, but here is how you can change the settings:
Please note: If you are recording a program and the Power Saver function turns on, it will not affect the recording. The Cloud PVR will continue to record even if your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box is powered down.
