Hi there, I am assisting a friend of mine who is also on the Rogers network. The account she has is an RPP account. We were informed that if a price plan change is done at the store, there will be a fee. The agents also warned that if we were to complete the process ourselves on the app or online, there will also be a fee but are not completely 100% sure. They provided this warning out of courtesy which we appreciate.
Can we have some confirmation on the community board here? Thanks.

My sincere apologies for any misinformation by our staff. As far as I'm aware, we do NOT charge customers for a simple price plan change, regardless of how it is executed.
There is, however, a one-time $70 Preferred Program Enrollment Fee when enrolling into the program. There is also a Setup Service Fee that is charged for any new activations or hardware upgrades that are completed (unless it is covered through a promo with your company).
