Rogers Yahoo email suddenly deactivated

When I went access my Rogers email today I was told I needed to reset my password, no idea why
Can’t reset because it sends the recovery code to the email address that I can’t access
Sent an email from my Apple email address and it was not delivered because apparently my Rogers email account has been deactivated

Experiencing issue with email service is surely not convenient.
