Voicemails being saved once deleted

I get a voice mail message. Go into the system to listen to it. Press 7 to delete. Then the system says end of messages, 1 saved message. Start to listen to it again, press 7 to delete then hang up. Very annoying

I can imagine how frustrating this issue has been. Is the message still saved after you hang up and check your voicemail again or is it deleted?

Once you save your voice messages, hang up, then call your voicemail again, are the messages there or gone?

Yes they are gone if I delete and hang up. Thanks for the quick fix. Hope they can fix it so the messages don't save at all
