Hi Team,
I'm in my home country for few days and accidentally I have turned on the rogers sim. How can daily charges be waived off as it was turned on for few seconds ?

best way to prevent further charges, take out your SIM card and put it in a safe spot

just because you connected does not necessarily mean you triggered roam like home unless you specifically got a message that said roam like home was activated

I got the below message.

Rogers info: Welcome abroad! You have access to Roam Like Home and can use your plan's existing data, talk and text like you do at home. The rate, effective March 3 2025, is $16/day (+tax) in this destination and is valid each day until 11:59PM ET, no matter what time zone you are travelling in.

did u ask rogers about roaming BEFORE you went on a trip? you should call them to see if its something you need or they could have turned off before you left canada.

@Test277 : I believe the only way to turn off RLH is to call Rogers before you leave.  Now that you're away, please read at least posts 1 & 2 of the following thread:
