Thanks for the additional info! I'm really sad to hear about your experience so far with your new Flip4 phone. Especially with how cool and unique a design it is!
Just to clarify, are you going through a Rogers-branded location when sending your defective device in for the repairs? And each time your device is returned to you after the repair, has the issue been resolved? Or has it never been resolved?
Please note that your 1 year manufacturer's warranty does not include getting your phone replaced. This option is only available during the first 30-days under Buyers Remorse, if you meet the requirements. Alternatively, if you are subscribed to the Premium Device Protection Plan available through Likewize (third party company), then you may be eligible for a replacement through them as well. Please advise if that is the case.
We do offer courtesy phones during the repair period, if available. Unfortunately, this option is not guaranteed and is dependent on each location's stock and availability.
Also, have you tried connecting with Samsung directly to advise them of the ongoing issues you've been experiencing? I'm wondering if they would be able to provide a like for like replacement, being that you are still within your 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Anyone having problems folding the Flip4 open and it won't stay flat?
From there the upper screen starts to be glitchy until it no longer recognizes touch!
Repaired twice and will be sending it in to be repaired for a third time because the repair is just a quick fix and the warranty will do anything but replace the defective phone!
