Hello @Tazabee,

A very warm welcome to our Rogers Community! Great first post! 🙂

Having your Google Maps continuously drop signal must be a real pain. I've had this happen on occasion, but it normally returns after a few minutes or so. Just a few questions, if you don't mind:

- Do you happen to have a low battery when this issue occurs? If so, this could be the problem.
- Have you made any changes to your device or services just prior to this issue surfacing? (Eg: changes to your device settings, software updates, etc.)
- Does it happen randomly or only when you are located in specific areas?
- When the signal for your Google Maps drops, are you also unable to access your other online apps/services as well?

We just need a bit more details so we can figure out what could be the cause.

I would also recommend a full reboot of your device (power it all the way off and then back on again) to see if this helps. Another recommendation would be to try enabling your 'Google Location Accuracy' on your device. Here's how:

Step 1: Open the Settings app on your phone and tap Location.

Step 2: Go to Location services and tap on 'Google Location Accuracy'.

If anyone else in the community has or is having a similar issue or would like to offer up any advice, we'd love to hear from you!

Kind regards,

RogersYasmine
