Any news on Sony Xperia 1 II?

Since Rogers is not carrying LG V60, the next best thing to come out is the Sony Xperia 1 II, i dont see any Canadian carriers carrying it or announced it yet. I wanted to know if Rogers will finally have something other than Samsung or Apple.

Unfortunately Sony has said they no longer will focus their mobile in Canada. So unfortunately any carrier in Canada can't do much unless Sony wants to come back. Read more below.
