I have an issue with the language of Rogers' statement of Account Charges and Credits.
On page 4, the monthly charges are indicated to be from Sep 21 - Sep 20 with no year statement. Therefore, since no billing period is defined, the billing period could go on infinitely without change. Am I not therefore exempt from rate increases?
Also under the heading of Monthly Charges the invoice states that the Total Monthly Charges are $926.76. Since I am new to Rogers, it seems that if I pay this sum, I am legally agreeing in a contract to a monthly charge of $926.76 which is a preposterous sum for cable television.
I believe the IT department needs to change the coding to produce an invoice indicating that this a yearly charge.

Good evening @conanlibrarian,
Welcome to the Community!
Based on the info you've shared, it seems like you're on the annual billing. I know we had this feature available on the legacy residential services. However to just be sure what the charges are for and to provide you with a detailed breakdown I would have to access your account.
Would it be possible for you to send us a private message @CommunityHelps? Since the Community is a public platform we'll be happy to continue the conversation on there.

Good morning @driouach88,
The bill may have generated before the charges were all reversed. If you have a MyRogers account set up, I would encourage you to log in and check the current account balance.
Please keep us posted!
