Every time being on hold or on the line more than 2 HOURS and not even getting an answer!!! This is horrible! Insane! Rogers doesn't even care for their customers time! This issue is ongoing since AUGUST, ive been calling to fix the issue and every time the representative with the worst behaviour, passing me to someone else or even told me to CALL BACK MANAGERS ARE BUSY! really! Managers busy enough doing other stuff than actually solving clints issue! If I was not checking my bill rogers would continuously rip me off! The worst customer service Ive ever experienced ! I will escalate this issue until I get answer.
