How can I opt-out from Rogers promotional emails (that I never subscribed for) I keep getting for Disney, NEtFlix and AppleMusic. There is no unsubscribe option in the email as well the app or online account profile. Anyone can help?

I've tried this over a dozen times in various browsers with both my email and my phone number and it only gives me the following error message.

however, i was successful by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of the welcome email.
hopefully it includes marketing of all flavours
