I am a new Rogers small business mobile and network customer since August 2024.
Two mobile lines and one Network line.
I regret signing up with Rogers small business, not so much because of the mobile or network service quality, but because of the poor communications and customer support services provided or not provided,
Received all the new account 'SIMs' and Network Router with no instructions,
It has been extremely difficult to get support from both the Rogers Retail agent, and their live Business Customer Service support, Neither take responsibility for my inquiries for help, and both defer to each other as the responsible party.
It has been frustrating to get any help from Rogers Business that once my trial period ends, I will be cancelling my Rogers Small Business services,
Rogers Authorized Agents don't call back or answers direct calls for help. Leave a message??
Rogers Business online support don't seem to be knowledgeable to help, and default response is wait until the next billing cycle to see if the problem is resolved. This is if you are fortunate enough to get through to an agent.
