Constant Calls from Rogers

Get almost daily Spam calls from Rogers even though I already have all services with Rogers. How can I get Rogers to stop the constant harrassment?

My family members and I also get bombarded by callers claiming to be from Rogers or Rogers/Fido.  They are all scammers.
