Moved to Telus recently and got a call from Rogers/Fido winback early November. Took the offer but it has been 3 weeks. Called customer service and was told they can only put a call back request to winback team as the order is still pending. Don’t understand why they took my cc info and Id but nothing comes as promised??? No call back at all.
