We have created profiles and assigned devices to users.  This lasted about 5 days when all of the devices then showed up as not assigned.  They cannot be assigned back to users.  I then discovered that they ARE still assigned, somewhere, because time...
I have had this happen many times now.  Something recorded on the DVR and it has no audio.  I have stopped and started, rebooted box, tried from another box/tv.  It is like it was recorded with no audio.  Regular TV works fine.     *Added Labels*
