- Sign into the MyRogers app using your new device.
- Select the phone number for which you want to setup eSIM from the drop-down menu on the top of the screen.
- Select the Phone tab, then scroll down and select Change SIM. We’ll send you a text message with a verification code.
- Enter the verification code you received, then select Confirm code.
- Select eSIM then This device.
- Select Download eSIM then follow the prompts on your device through the setup process. You might get a message asking you to give us permission to download eSIM to your device. Once you approve, wait for the confirmation message that your download was successful. Do not select Download eSIM again.
- Once the setup is complete, toggle I’ve successfully downloaded my eSIM to my device then select Continue.
- Select Submit twice. You’ll get a message confirming that your eSIM is active.
- Select Done and restart your device to complete your setup.
