I had 3 lines under my Shaw mobility account and 1 line was w/"Unlimited" plan(Let's say Line 1 hereafter)
and 2 lines were w/"US+Mexico" (Let's say Line 2 and Line 3 hereafter) plan.
Since I found Rogers would add free"US Roaming" for Shaw customers, I changed "US+Mexico" plan (Line 2&3) to
"Unlimited" plan with Shaw on Aug 14 and visited Rogers store on Aug 15.
Line 1 was successfully migrated But Line2 was half successful and Line 3 failed to be migrated.
The reason why I'm saying line2 was half successful is, In Rogers system, it shows Line 2's "updated plan(unlimited)"
and "old plan(US+Mexico" but the staff could not apply proper code onto the line 2 because Rogers system
didn't allow that and the staff called here and there and later, he got case id and he told me it would be
solved within 7~10 days. Fortunately, I received an e-mail at that night and the problem solved.
Now, speaking of Line 3, there's no update on the plan. It just shows still with "US+Mexico" in Rogers system
and due to this issue, I could not migrate this line to Rogers yet. I chatted with Rogers and Shaw, No one gave
me crystal clear answer and I'm waiting on next invoice hoping new invoice could update Rogers system
on my plan. It looks Shaw and Rogers system are not perfectly synchronized yet and I don't know what's
going on.
If line3 plan is still with old plan in Rogers after next invoice, there're no options for me and I can't but switching to "Mexico" plan paying extra $10/month. Any idea or solution ?

Hi Corey. I visited Rogers store yesterday (Aug 22)and switched to "Mexico" plan as Rogers system indicated.
