No Support Exists for Smart Home Monitoring - Rogers Abandoned Paying Customers

There is absolutely no way to get ahold of support for Smart Home Monitoring. There was a time when Rogers gave priority to supporting the security of paying customers' homes. Tried chatting with a Rogers Specialist, but the Que Position does not change, no matter how long you wait. Been on hold many times, for ages on the phone for and nobody ever shows up. It feels like they have one person doing support, if at all. I understand that Rogers has moved onto a different scheme where they can milk even more money off their customers, but existing customers should not be ignored, especially when it comes to home security.

 

Come on Rogers! Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I need to resolve a security issue ASAP and you are a no-show.

Waited for an hour on the technical support chat. I had started at queue position 4. Finally, someone came on the chat and I explained my issue and what did he do? He says "I understand, let me transfer you to technical support". Before I could reply, I was placed on another queue in queue position 7! I am telling you, they do not care. They want us to move to their new model. I just want to have my home secure ASAP and then I'll start evaluating other alternatives that most definitely DO NOT involve Rogers. So shameful.

At the same time I have been on hold on the phone for an hour. They do not give home security much importance.
