hi i received a call from Isaac Wilson he says hes from rogers and is offerring me a phone plan i cant refuse but my senses arre telling me to verify him. he sounds very professional, strange he gave his last name but no id number when i asked but did provide this phone number to call him back at. first time calling the number it was not accessible, the 2nd time someone just said hello and asked what extension i was after or how he could help.
ive been with rogers mobile in the past and currently have home internet services. I understand that there could be a winback promotion from a team but no notes are on my account when i called Rogers.
im baffled now since the 888 number he provided works, but does it belong to rogers .
i asked him of what are the next steps, the reply was to provide my email and personal address and my 4 digit pin to my phone. iasked to put him on hold and it got disconnected but he called back in 5 min.
since tuesday he has called me from 1-844-776-4377, 416,935-7777 and today from 1-866-412-7048 and asked to call him back at 1-888-833-3087 xt 2087 if you could verify these numbers it would help verify the legitimacy of the call.
my typing is bad and am using voice to text due to disability.
