Good afternoon . mobogs please. I received a message supposedly from Roger. .but I didn’t make any calls yesterday..how can I check if this message is real?
Rogers message: Hello, as of 11:59pm ET yesterday, you have incurred $123.75 of long-distance charges for calls to international locations, for the wireless number 555-555-5555

I would always treat these messages as SPAM first. Then I would call into Rogers to confirm if any LD calls were made from your device. They cannot see the billing, but I believe Tier 2 Tech support can see what calls were made out from the device. (dates and times and such) However this may require you contacting the Management office and require an escalation. Which could take additional time. I would speak to a MOD here first to confirm
