Spam about "Our Mailbox"?

Is this spam? It looks suspicious.

1) It addresses "Dear User" rather than me by name.

2) It references something called "Our Mailbox". I have no idea what this is.

3) It asks to use a link button that addresses "(Removed possibly malicious link)". This is invalid HTMLIs this a trustworthy URL?
