Offered a huge discount on my cell bill. When I suggested he send the offer to my email he hung up. 
Be aware of phone number. 604-965-2082

please edit your post and blank out part of the phone number,   the phone numbers you receive messages and calls from are not actually scammers number but they are spoofed numbers of regular customers like you and I.  you would not like it if a scammer was spoofing your number and someone plastered it all over a discussion forms right?
