@plantpunched : Here are my comments:
1. Any phone number can be spoofed, so the number means nothing. Look up spoofing on the web, or in the links below:
2. Does the offer seem to be too good to be true? If so, it's probably a scam.
3. Check out the following link for Rogers-supplied tips:

4. Login to MyRogers to see if there are any offers there, or Message the mods on this forum by clicking @CommunityHelps when logged into the forum to see if they have any offers.
5. If you are then certain it's a scam, forward the text to "SPAM" (7726) and you'll get a text back from Rogers saying that they'll take care of it.

I GOT THE SAME TEXT MESSAGE TODAY, WONDERING IF IT IS A SCAM AS WELL
