Is this a Scam Call?

Got a phone call from 16048000552, providing me mobile plans. I asked aboht a call back number and he told me to call the Rogers Promotion Department at 778-716-3496. But I could't find anything on Google with this number.
By any chance anybody know if any of those numbers are legitimate Rogers Partner numbers?

It's quiet easy for spam callers to spoof any legitimate numbers. I don't recognize the name of the department or the number at first glance. If it's a legitimate Rogers sales call, the person over the phone should have no issues documenting the account and providing a reference number; this way you can always call into Rogers and confirm.

As a general practice I discourage our customers from confirming or providing personal or financial information to unknown callers.
