Is it a scam?

Hi. I have received several call from this number 833-4252390. I answered it and the person said “He is calling from Roger’s Montreal offering a plan to old customers” is this number legit rogers? They know my name.

I understand it can be questionable to receive a call from an unknown source who is offering you a deal--especially these days with all of the scams that are around. You definitely did the right thing by checking into it first.
