Got scam call and great offer

Can someone confirm if below is a valida email ID from Rogers? Yesterday, i got this deal which seems to nice, but around evening time there was a charge on my card $218 which i do not recognize. The webiste and email ID looks very authentic and i dont know if the call i got was really authentic or i have been fooled.

Can someone at rogers validate this for me please?

"Dear Sir/Mam" is already a red flag, they don't say "Mam". Second one being their poor English. They also don't "wave off" current contracts from other carriers (in fact, no Canadian carriers do that). And that's not an official Rogers email address (which would end with @rci.rogers.com). Plus, it's "Rogers Communications" plural, they omitted the s in their name. File a charge back with your bank, tell them the charge is fraudulent so they'll block your card and issue you a new one, and then file a police report.
