November 2023. It is now October 2024. I have been calling Roger’s every 2 weeks regarding a fraud. unfortunately I have yet to get in touch with anyone to fix my account. The service people literally have no clue that I DID NOT sign up for a new plan. There was a fraud and since November 2023, they have overcharged me $50 EVERY MONTH! They haven’t done anything to cancel the plan that they put me on. I am so tired of being on hold for 1 hour every week for them to argue with me. They now owe me $648. The last idiot told me to just stop paying.
