Hello @mesantiago ,

Welcome to the forums and we appreciate you posting this info to the community! 🙂

Anytime you are uncertain about an email, text, or phone call, it's always best to go straight to the source to confirm it's validity. We never recommend clicking on any unknown links or providing any personal info.

Was it only the balance that seemed off with regards to the email you received? As long as you were able to go to Rogers.com and login to verify your details, that is what is most important.

Kind regards,

RogersYasmine
