Account hacking

I received 2 emails today from Roger's with each indicating that I requested a verification code
I did not attempt to access my account today
But somebody has been able to access my password to get the system to send the verification code
Has there been a recent hack of Roger's account info?

Check the date and time of when these codes were initially sent. I received a couple today, but it was because I had tried to login a few days ago on my iPad, but the verification codes never came, so I used my computer.

I was also initially concerned about my account today, but rather, it seems there was some sort of significant delay in these codes getting to us.

If it happened to multiple people who received the codes randomly but never requested it, then it could be a one time glitch in the system.
