Follow these steps to set the Rogers Xfinity TV Parental Control PIN, allowing you to safeguard their child’s entertainment experience by locking certain content and searching capabilities.
Parental Control PINs enable Safe Browse and Safe Search to prevent content that may be sensitive to some viewers from being searched or watched.
- Use a voice command like “Parental Controls” to open the Parental Controls menu, or press the Rogers button on your Ignite Voice Remote, then Settings (the gear icon), then Parental Controls.
- Select Parental Control PIN. If you haven’t created one yet, you will be asked to enter a new one.
- Enter your preferred 4-digit Parental Control PIN, then press the OK button.
- Re-enter your new PIN when prompted, then press the OK button to confirm it.
