Download shows to watch offline! With Rogers Xfinity TV, you can download your recordings or purchased content to watch on the go, even without an internet connection. Read on to learn how to use the Download & Go feature with the Rogers Xfinity Stream app.
- On your mobile device, open the Rogers Xfinity Stream app and sign in with your MyRogers credentials.
- Swipe from left to right to open the main menu.
- Note: Only your recordings and purchased content are eligible for Download & Go.
- Tap the program you want to download.
Once downloaded, the recording or purchased program will be "checked out" - so you can only access it on your device until you return it to the Cloud. Read on to learn how to return programs to the Cloud.
Returning a program to the Cloud
- In the Ignite TV app, tap Saved.
- Tap the downloaded program you want to return.
- Tap Return. The program will be returned to the Cloud.
