We appreciate you being our Community member and thank you for your query. I understand you're currently seeing Season 7 displayed with all its episodes and would prefer a view showing all the seasons at once.
The way Disney+ organizes content is designed to highlight the currently selected season. There isn't a direct option within the Disney+ interface to collapse the current season's episodes and simultaneously display all seasons in a list view.
Community: any suggestions?

Actually, the view that you get depends on whether you are looking at the episode catalog on the Xfinity set-top box or with the Disney+ app.
If you, for example, issue the "Golden Girls" voice command, the Xfinity set-top box will assemble all the episodes that it can from all available sources, organize them into separate seasons, and then expand the latest season. You can then collapse that, or just scroll down and open whichever other season that you wish to view.
I can't test this at the moment but I am pretty that with the Disney+ app, if you watch a show for the first time, it will start you off at Season 1, Episode 1. It will present the list of episodes however it sees fit, and the UI will be a bit different depending on the device that you are using to run the Disney+ app.
There is no perfect way to do this. With some shows, say, Dancing With the Stars, most people will want to start watching episodes starting with the latest season. With others, they will want to start right from the beginning.
I'm not aware of any way to change how the list of episodes gets presented.
Well, this is very strange. As a test, when I went to the Xfinity Streaming Webpage, or the Disney+ Web Page and app, and searched for Golden Girls, I had no results whatsoever.
I'm not at home right now so I cannot test the voice command. Are you sure this series is available on Disney+?
