Follow the steps below to delete recordings from your Cloud PVR, and also recover recordings that haven’t been permanently deleted.

 

Delete a recording

  1. Press the Rogers button.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Saved. Press OK.
  3. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Recordings. Press OK.
  4. Select the series and then highlight the episode you want to delete. Press OK.
  5. Highlight Delete Now and press OK.
  6. When finished, press Exit.

Delete all recorded episodes of a series

  1. Press the Rogers button.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Saved. Press OK.
  3. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Recordings. Press OK.
  4. Highlight the TV series you want to delete.
  5. Use the right arrow button to highlight the X. Press OK.
  6. Highlight Delete or Delete & Cancel Upcoming. Press OK.
  7. When finished, press Exit.

Recover a deleted program

Note: Permanently deleted recordings cannot be restored.

  1. Press the Rogers button.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Saved. Press OK.
  3. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Recordings. Press OK.
  4. Use the arrow buttons to scroll down and highlight Recently Deleted. Press OK.
  5. Highlight the recording to recover. Press OK.
  6. Highlight Recover. Press OK.
  7. When finished, press Exit.

Permanently delete a recording

Note: Permanently deleted recordings cannot be restored.

  1. Press the Rogers button.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Saved. Press OK.
  3. Use the arrow buttons to highlight Recordings. Press OK.
  4. Highlight Recently Deleted from the list of options. Press OK.
  5. Highlight the recording to delete. Press OK.
  6. Highlight Delete Now. Press OK.
  7. In the confirmation message displayed, highlight Permanently Delete. Press OK.
  8. When finished, press Exit.
