Apple TV 3 Month Fee Offer

I am unable to access the 3 month free offer for Apple TV. I followed tech support advice and used the voice activated remote to search for the Apple TV promo, and it takes me to a screen to enter my cell #, and I then received a link to activate Apple TV. Unfortunately, the link is to Apple TV's American website, so it asks me for an American billing address and credit card, with no option to select a Canadian address. Anyone else run into this issue?

@Asaini  The link worked fine for me when I redeemed the offer using my iPhone.  Do you have an Apple ID and, if so, were you signed into it when you tried to redeem the Apple TV+ offer?

Thanks! Got it now, my old Apple ID was set to U.S., changed it to Canada and it works now!
