To celebrate NHL All-Star Weekend’s return to Toronto after 20 years, Rogers welcomed TTC subway commuters on January 22 with the Stanley Cup and Toronto Maple Leafs alumni Tomas Kaberle, a 2011 Stanley Cup champion with the Boston Bruins.
After the Stanley Cup rode the “red rocket,” it stopped at Union Station where Rogers rolled out the red carpet on the concourse for more fan photos, prizes and more.
“A big thank you to Rogers for putting together this one-of-a-kind Stanley Cup experience,” says Kaberle, a long-time Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman and member of the 2011 Stanley Cup championship-winning Boston Bruins. “Toronto has some of the best hockey fans on the planet and I can’t wait to see what else Rogers has planned for NHL All-Star Weekend.”
As the title sponsor of the 2024 Rogers NHL All-Star Game on February 3 in Toronto, Rogers is set to host exclusive events that connect customers and fans to the NHL’s biggest stars.
