I've been here awhile

Hi, did anyone of you have this problem, I live in Drummondville Quebec , just got my 5g internet, I use to be able to watch RDS on there website, now that I changed to Roger it tells me the in my region I can’t steam it !
It’s like I was not in Quebec !

Is this issue only occurring on the website while connected to your home Wi-Fi? 

Do you notice the same issue on the mobile app? 

Are you not able to watch all content or just specific programming? 

 

If you can let us know some more details regarding the issue you are experiencing.

Hi, it’s does the same thing on my iPhone, with the app, I try without the wifi and it worked perfectly, but when I put the wifi back on stoped working

What most people don't realize is that most cell towers do not connect to ground infrastructure. They relay the connection from tower to tower to where it does finally reach groind infrastructure. This is what gives you your IP address. This is why that happens. Sometimes that can be in a completely different province as well.
