I am frustrated that the pricing offers for existing clients is triple those offered to "new" customers.
A friend left Rogers, only to be offered a "win back offer" that is a third of the price for ONE of my phones, for FIVE TIMES the amoun of GB.
After being on the phone for an hour, speaking to custome service, retention, manager etc - I am continuously told that they only have "limited " information and offers.
Also, there is no contact information - for example, no number for office of the president.
No number for the team that does win back offers, because they call OUT and don't receive.
So for a company that is all about communication....?!?!?!
So it's better to LEAVE than to be a loyal customer..... don't make sense to me.
Any insight or advice?

This has been discussed many times. Your choice is to negotiate the best price possible when your contract renews and be "happy" with that, or leave. It's simply the way providers work.
Providers will not provide long term customers with promotional pricing since they wouldn't make enough money. Churn is "normal" for them
