Rogers Ignite - Losing connection to WiFi, Internet, TV
since Nov 25th and it's getting worse each day.
Located in Moncton, NB.
Have reset the modem, checked all cable, powered on and off.
It's been rainy and a little breezy, but this is ridiculous.
I hate to think what this winter will be like.

Experiencing intermittency on the Ignite service is annoying. We'd be happy to assist you with this.
Is this happening on all devices at the same time? How long does it take for the connection to be restored, does it require any action on your end? Is this happening in any particular area in the home more than others?
