Follow these steps to restart your gateway. Restarting your gateway can resolve many common issues. This can take up to 10 minutes. Ignite WiFi Hub is available exclusively for Rogers Internet customers with the Ignite WiFi Gateway modem.

  1. Open the Ignite WiFi app or the ignitewifi.rogers.com website and sign in using your MyRogers username and password.

 

  1. Click on the Overview tab.

 

  1. Click on Restart Gateway.

  1. Click Restart.

This can take up to 10 minutes. During this time, you won’t be able to use your home network, connect to the internet or stream video on Ignite TV boxes. If you have Ignite Home Phone, you will not be able to make or receive calls, including emergency 911 calls, until your gateway is back online.
