If you want to change the number of rings on your home phone before a call goes to voicemail, you have two options: using your phone and using your computer.
Using your phone
- Dial *94.
- After the tone, enter the number of rings you want before a call goes to voicemail.
After your entry, you will hear two beeps confirming your change.
Using your computer
- Sign in to the Online Manager page.
- Click the RING SETTINGS tab.
- On the Voicemail option, click Configure.
- Use the drop-down menu to change the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail.
Click Next and then CONFIRM to save your changes.
