Text conversation history

Hi, is there a way to check and find old conversations in text messaging?

Unless you deleted them, these texts should be contained within whatever messaging app you use to send and receive texts.  For example, on an iPhone you click "Messages" and all of your texts would be there.  I have messages there from 2018 when I sent/received my first text.

It was deleted few mos. Ago. Is it possible to retrieve them?

Not unless you have a backup to the cloud or to a computer from a time before the text was deleted.

Or whomever you texted still has it on their phone...
