What a joke of a company

I've been around

20 years with Rogers and they show zero loyalty, and had to leave the company.  When you call no one can give you an answer or help with anything. called twice before my last contract was over to get help with how to return my phone from the return and save program, and got different answers from everyone.  Went with a new company who could offer my 100$ worth of savings a month.  Now rogers says i owe the 400$ and wont let me do the return and save because one of their employees gave me the wrong information.  Said once i port my number over rogers will start the cancellation process and send me a package in the mail to return  phone. Well turns out that was the wrong information and now I'm stuck with a 400$ bill.  Terrible company  and will be moving my internet, TV and home security from them as well.
