Question: Instead of having people wait on the phone for someone to answer - why can you offer a simple call back option?

I've been on hold for over an hour.😡

A better question might be why are the waits so long.
It used to be that I could reach someone for polite, knowledgeable assistance in less than 5-10 minutes.

Hello User 167 - it seems a pretyty basic solution - that evern the most lame companies offer - and since they are a purportedly in the commnication business - one that shoudl be se;f evident. One thing though dont waste you time asking "Ana" anything -unless you have nmore time to throw away. lol

Actually sin ce there wasnt any answer here - I just asked someeon who worked there after waiting perhaps 15 - minutes or so for them pick up - and the answer was simply they do not have enough people to answer all the cals they get let alone call the back. To bad they cant hire more people when they can afford to buy every sports team in the city - and their venues - but can't add more Customer Service Reps.
I guess customer waiting time doesn't really factor into the profit equation ....

For whatever it's worth... Twitter DM's were the most effective for me in terms of wait times... Your results of course may vary....
