About 3-4 weeks ago, I stopped receiving all email alerts to the email address that I've always had set up in my Rogers Bank mastercard account. I have it set up to alert me about pretty much everything that happens to that account. All of a sudden, I just stopped getting email alerts, even though I've been putting charges on the card and I can see them in there.
When I change my email address to something different, I will start receiving alerts again and I also receive an email saying my email address has been charged, both to my new email. When I change my email address back to the original one, I don't get an email saying I've changed my email address and of course, I don't get any alerts anymore.
I've changed absolutely nothing in my original email address settings. I went into the blocked senders and there is no one listed there as blocked. I even went into my email forwarding options and my email is not being forwarded anywhere.
I've phoned Rogers and they said they would open up a complaint case, for which I received an email to my original email address, but then I've heard nothing for over a week.
It's strange how it's only happening with the email I've used for years with my Rogers Bank account, all of a sudden, and all settings are correct.
Can someone from Rogers please offer some assistance. I'd really prefer to receive alerts at the original email address I've had in my account for years.

No one here will be able to help you with this. You will need to contact Rogers Bank. If something goes wrong with Rogers Bank, I always use - "I Want To" - "Send/View Messages" and send them a message. I usually get a reply within a day or two (and e-mail notifications 😉 )
Have you looked in your e-mail spam folder using webmail?
Is the "problem" e-mail account with Rogers/Yahoo!?
Is the email account that works with Rogers/Yahoo! or some other ISP or Gmail?
