RogersBank - Download Transactions by Specific CardMember

 I would like to download transactions by CardMember for my PC based financial software package MS Money SunSet. Do do this:

1) I click on "View Transaction History" from the AccountSummary page.

2) Select the CardMember and the time period. The transactions correctly show on my screen.

3) Click the Download Icon.

However, transactions from all CardMembers are in my download and not just the transactions for the specific Cardmember I chose. This is not the behaviour I was expecting or wanted. How can I get *only* the transactions for a selected CardMember?

@jthiele : Since Rogers MasterCard is a "separate entity" within Rogers, I'm not sure if someone here will have an answer for you.  I suggest you login to your Rogers MasterCard account and go to "I want to" - "Send/View Messages" and send them a message.  They usually respond within a day or two.

Here is what RogersBank replied to my request:  

Hi.  As per your request you will not be able to select transaction only for one cardholder as even on the statement they are not separated but identified by the card's last 4 digit numbers. Thank you for contacting Rogers Bank.

hmm. Thanks for the feedback.  On my statements, the charges are shown separately, first my card, then a list of charges from my wife's card, although the total is for both cards combined and perhaps not easily separated by their system for download...

Is it possible to easily delete the charges for one card in the downloaded file?
