Rogers Bank - Issue Redeeming Points

 I tried to redeem the reward for Rogers Redemption bonus reward. When I taped on the eligible purchase, I pressed redeem at the confirmation, and then it showed 'Oh No! Something went wrong'. I called customer service, they said the app was the only way to redeem bonus rewards. I tried 2 different iPhone, one 12 and another one 13, both showed the same message. could someone check what's going on?

@Junedijian : 1. There is no one here from Rogers Bank.  This forum can help Rogers MC customers only via peer-to-peer information/feedback like I'm about to give.

2. Bottom of Home page, check Redemption type is manual and that you have more than the minimum amount to redeem

3. You could try clicking "More" at the bottom right and then send a message.  I find them pretty good at getting back in a day or two.
